Return and Exchange Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs and eyelashes are eligible for return only when they are unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items with lace that has been cut, hair that has been styled or colored, or signs of wear cannot be returned.

Approved returns receive store credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.

Do not wear, wash, cut, style, or alter the item before contacting us.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Hair-Care Disclaimer

Product lifespan depends on maintenance, frequency of wear, styling practices, and the products used. Shedding and tangling may occur naturally over time. Always follow the care instructions provided with your wig.

Colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, and screen settings.
